Export phone records
Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account.
In the top menu, click USAGE.
When the usage details display, click the type of usage to print:
- Data
- Messages
- Calls
Click the line you want to view.
Scroll down and click Download usage records.
Save the file to your desktop in Excel or CSV formats
Import into Chrometa
Go to My Chrometa and log in to your account.
In the top menu, click click Import > iPhone Time.
When the popup displays:
- Select T-Mobile from the list of providers
- Click ‘Choose File’ and select the downloaded file from T-Mobile
- Click ‘Upload File’
Your call history will be processed in the background.
